My work didn’t begin with a business. It grew from a lifelong curiosity about the body — and one little girl who taught me to look at health differently.

When my daughter was born, I already had my doctorate. I had spent years studying the body, working in healthcare and helping people heal.
But becoming her mom changed the way I looked at health.
Like so many parents, I found myself searching for answers and wanting to understand more than what was happening in the moment. I wanted to understand why.
That curiosity led me to continue expanding beyond the boundaries of my formal education and deeper into nutrition, gut health, the nervous system, immune health, emotional health, environmental influences and the many ways these pieces can intersect.
That experience didn’t give me one answer. It taught me to ask better questions and to look at the whole person.
My earliest clinical training taught me to look closely at the body — how someone moves, where movement is restricted, which tissues and structures are involved, and how seemingly small changes in one area can influence what happens somewhere else.
Over time, that same way of thinking began extending far beyond muscles and joints. I became increasingly interested in the connections between nutrition, digestion, immune health, the nervous system, emotional health, environmental influences, lived experiences and the physical symptoms people were experiencing.
I continued studying, exploring and integrating those areas into a much broader understanding of health — while bringing with me the clinical reasoning skills that had been foundational to my work from the beginning.
I didn’t leave one way of understanding the body behind for another. I kept expanding the lens through which I looked at it.

Symptoms are clues. The bigger picture helps us understand what those clues may be telling us.
The Radiant Health Method wasn’t something I created all at once. It developed over years of working with people, continuing my education, navigating my own experiences with health and motherhood, and seeing again and again that health rarely fits neatly into one category.
Physical health matters. Nutrition matters. Gut and immune health matter. The nervous system matters. Emotional health, environment, relationships, experiences and the way we live our lives matter.
But the value isn’t in simply making the list longer. It’s in understanding how those pieces relate to you, which ones carry weight in your story, and what deserves your attention at this particular point in time.
The Radiant Health Method is the way I bring those pieces together without losing sight of the individual person at the center of them.

My work today is shaped by more than two decades in healthcare, beginning with physical therapy and advanced orthopedic manual therapy and expanding into the whole-person work I do today. That experience has taught me that expertise isn't simply knowing more. It's knowing which questions to ask, which patterns carry weight, when seemingly unrelated pieces may connect, and what deserves a closer look.
My whole-person approach has been recognized by Natural Nutmeg Magazine’s 10BEST Readers’ Choice Awards for three consecutive years — 2024, 2025 and 2026 — including recognition in Functional/Integrative Medicine.
You’re bringing me more than a list of symptoms. You’re bringing me your history, your experiences, what you’ve already tried, and everything your body has shown you along the way. I take the responsibility of helping you make sense of that story seriously.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with people across many stages of life — adults navigating longstanding or complex health concerns, children and families trying to understand what their bodies are responding to, and people who simply know they don’t feel like themselves and want a clearer understanding of why.
I also have a special place in my work for women and families during conception, pregnancy, breastfeeding and the early years of childhood. My own experiences with motherhood deepened my understanding of just how vulnerable these seasons can feel when you’re trying to make thoughtful decisions for yourself or your child while sorting through conflicting information.
The details may look very different from one person to another, but the way I approach the work remains the same: listen carefully, understand the story, look for meaningful connections, and help determine what deserves attention first.
No two health stories are exactly alike — and understanding the person in front of me has always mattered more than fitting them into a predetermined box.
For all of the education, training and clinical experience that have shaped my work, some of my greatest teachers have also been the experiences of living in a human body, raising a child and navigating the uncertainty that can come with health.
Those experiences have made me deeply curious, but they’ve also made me practical. I don’t want health to become an endless pursuit of more information, more testing or more things to do. I want the information we have to help us understand the person in front of us more clearly.
Curiosity led me here. Clinical discernment helps me decide what to do with what we find.

Doctor. Clinician. Educator. Author. Mom.
And still endlessly curious about the human body.
My work draws from formal clinical education, advanced specialty training, ongoing professional study and more than two decades of experience connecting the different influences that shape health.
Doctoral-level clinical education in movement, anatomy, physiology, rehabilitation, evaluation and the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions.
Advanced postgraduate training in orthopedic assessment, clinical reasoning, manual therapy, movement analysis and individualized treatment.
Academic backgrounds that broadened my understanding of the nutritional, behavioral and emotional dimensions of health.
Years of continued study across nutrition, gut and immune health, nervous system regulation, emotional health, bioenergetics, mind-body approaches and other areas of holistic and integrative health.
No single discipline holds the whole picture. Each one has expanded the way I listen, question, assess and understand what the body may be communicating.
If there’s one thing more than two decades of working with the human body has taught me, it’s that symptoms make more sense when we understand the person experiencing them.
Your symptoms, history, diagnoses, testing, experiences and everything you’ve already tried are pieces of a much bigger picture. If you’ve been trying to make sense of those pieces, a Root Cause Clarity Session is where we can begin looking at them together.
