Once paid, all payments received for services and products such as workshops, mini-courses, or Consultations are non-refundable. If a client desires to reschedule his or her Consultation, they must reschedule before the 12 hour window before the session.
Radiant Health and Wellness, PLLC reserves the right to cancel or postpone a Consultation in our sole discretion. If we cancel or postpone a Consultation, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the cancelled or postponed Consultation within one (1) month from its original start date. Fees paid by clients for a cancelled or postponed Consultation shall be applicable to the rescheduled Consultation on a dollar for dollar basis only. In the event Radiant Health and Wellness, PLLC elects not to reschedule the cancelled Consultation, the registrant will be offered a refund. If this occurs, our responsibility is limited to a refund of any fee(s) already paid. Please allow thirty (30) days for us to process any refunds or credit changes.
Consultation Confirmations
You will receive a Consultation welcome email with instructions to schedule within 20 minutes of payment. if you have not received it after 20 minutes, please check your spam and promotions folders, and please contact us at Beata@HolisticDrBeata.com.
Payment Information
The prices shown online are not valid in conjunction with any other offer and are subject to tax, as applicable. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. A payment charged to your credit card account is processed in U.S. funds. We are not responsible for any discrepancies between bank exchange rates, bank card exchange rates, Internet posted exchange rates, etc. Checks & Money Orders are not currently accepted online.
HSA or FSA accounts cannot be used for payment on the site directly. You can submit a superbill for reimbursement, but reimbursement is not guaranteed. Please contact Dr. Beata for more information.
