Dr. Beata Harasim is a Holistic and Integrative Doctor, a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists and has degrees in Nutrition and Psychology. She also has firsthand experience with breastfeeding a baby going through colic, reflux, eczema, digestive issues, allergies and more. This experience and healthcare background gives her a unique perspective and an ability to relate directly with other moms and her clients with a deeper empathy and understanding.

During the Workshop we will focus on:
An overview of developmental stages so you can discern what is normal vs. abnormal

You will earn what "root causes" actually means and be able to identify signs and symptoms so that you can accurately know which resources will be beneficial for you and your little one and how to communicate with providers!
Let's face it, we will be woken up at night at some point in our child's life... colds, nightmares, GI bugs etc. What you do during that time and your thoughts will dictate how you feel throughout the experience. You will learn quick and easy tools and strategies to have you feeling at calm and at peace in moments!
In this space you will be met with Love, Kindness and Compassion and we expect the same in return so it can be a safe space for everyone!
There are multiple factors that play a part in sleep. Some include environment, activity, temperament, timing, structural factors, development and medical root causes such as digestion etc.
And then there’s the other piece of the puzzle…. YOU, Beautiful Mom!
