If you took out one little stone, the whole wall won't collapse, but it will be a little weaker.
Take out multiple stones, and the wall may crumble.
Take out a foundational piece and the rest won't hold together for long.
So when you address your health, are you only looking at one stone or are you looking holistically?
Are you only looking at nutrition? Exercise?
Those are great and congratulations!!
And there are other stones to address too.
And same within a stone, maybe you're taking probiotics (or your child is), did you know there's a lot more to gut health?
For both prevention and addressing current conditions, a Holistic approach is best.
It gets the best outcomes, faster and they last longer.
